1. Return Period
The return period for Melvin Jones products is 15 days post receiving the items.

2. Eligibility of Returns
– To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.The item should have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

– Products purchased on sale/offer can only be exchanged for a different size or another product with the same/higher selling price.

– Products purchased on offer/sale are non returnable

4. Return Pickup
In case of returns or exchanges, the product pickup will be arranged by Melvin Jones. Your item(s) will be picked up at the address you have provided.

5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refunds are processed only in the form of store credit. Monetary refunds ( Cash or Bank Transfer ) are not provided by the brand.

6. Exchanges

– If you wish to exchange an item, you can raise an exchange request by logging in to the website. (or) you can get in touch with the customer service number and the team will help you with the same. The product can be exchanged for a different size or another product.

– Please note that the amount of the exchange product has to be equal to (or) greater than the original primary purchased product.

– Each order is eligible for only one exchange. Please review your requirements thoroughly before requesting an exchange.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
On the rare occasion that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product for assistance and keep relevant images of the product handy so we can resolve the issue at the earliest. We will arrange for the return pickup and replacement of the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you.

8. Exceptions
The return policy may be subject to change during special promotions or events. Any modified return policy will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
