The return period for Melvin Jones products is 15 days post receiving the items.

2. Eligibility of Returns
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.The item should have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

- Products purchased on sale/offer can only be exchanged for a different size or another product with the same/higher selling price.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refunds are processed only in the form of store credit. Monetary refunds ( Cash or Bank Transfer ) are not provided by the brand.

6. Exchanges

- If you wish to exchange an item, you can raise an exchange request by logging in to the website. (or) you can get in touch with the customer service number and the team will help you with the same. The product can be exchanged for a different size or another product.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
